Mss letter from Stephen Barry (Honorary Secretary, [Relief Committee]), Fermoy, apologising for the late payment on Lord Stewart’s account but his time of late has been taken up with assisting in the Famine Relief Fund of Fermoy. The letter is written on a printed pamphlet requesting the “Ladies of Fermoy” to help establish a Soup Shop, with an explanation of the concept and who it will serve. Pamphlet printed by Lindsey, Printer, Bookbinder and Stationer, Fermoy. 2pp
